Understanding that in the wide world of craft beer, many brews are not available to everyone at every time. As such, I have made an effort to make lists of beer substitutions for recipes I have posted. Widmer Brothers of Portland, Oregan makes Snowplow, a milk stout with tastes of coffee, dark chocolate, and roasted malt. It is my favorite beer!
